Make a direct payment by Electronic Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card. Your 12-digit account number is required and no enrollment is needed.
Automatic Payment Service
Tired of writing checks to pay your utility bill every month?
By enrolling in Automatic Payment Service, your utility bill is automatically paid from your credit/debit card or checking account on the date your invoice is due…and it’s free! This provides plenty of time to review your statement before it is paid in case you have any billing questions. In order to set up Recurring Scheduled Payments, please register at https://paylink.ci.oceanside.ca.us/Register. Once registered, an email containing a verification link will be emailed to you. Click on the verification link to activate your online account.
Discontinuation for Nonpayment
Water service may be discontinued if the current water bill or alternative payment arrangement is delinquent for at least 60 days. Please refer to the policy linked below for additional information.

Pursuant to SB-998 Discontinuation of Residential Water Service: Urban and Community Water Systems Section 16918, an urban and community water system shall report the number of annual discontinuations of residential service for inability to pay on the urban and community water system’s Internet Web site. City of Oceanside’s annual discontinuations is posted in January of each year.
