On the go?  Submit requests via the "My Oceanside" mobile app!  Your requests through the City app help keep Oceanside clean and efficient. They are seamlessly routed to the appropriate department for tracking and handling.  Submit requests for pothole repairs, litter, grafitti, streetlight issues, and more -- and you'll get updates as the issue is fixed or completed. Click, done!

You may also report an issue or submit a request by email or calling the City's "Customer Care" Center.

  • Email your question or issue to customercare@oceansideca.org
  • Call (760) 435-4500 Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays.  Customer Care is closed on weekends and holidays.
