Accounts Receivable Payment
Payments for Administrative Citations, False Alarm Fees, Fire Inspection Fees, Emergency Service Reimbursement, Harbor Slip Rental Fees and Guest Slip Fees can be paid online using our secure website. You will need your account number and invoice number which can be found on your invoice, statement or past due notice.

Ambulance Billing Payment
To pay online you will need to have the run number, incident number, date of service, and first and last name of the patient who received ambulance service. This information can be found on the ambulance bill.
Business License Renewal
Information and payments are currently unavailable.
City Clerk
Payments for Lobbyist Registration, SEI and Campaign Late Filing Fees, and Copies may be made online. Your name, company or firm will be required to process your payment.

Community Room Reservation Fees
To pay online you will need the name of the person and organization using the room, the date of the event (if paying for multiple dates, please use the first date), and the total amount being paid. You will also need to specify whether the event is taking place in the Civic Center or Mission Branch Library Community Room.

Direct Utility Payment
(Water Payment / Wastewater)
Make a direct payment by Electronic Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card, or register on our Customer Service Portal.
Your 12-digit account number is required and no enrollment is needed.
Your account number consists of the Customer Number and the Account Number, for example 123456-789123.
- The Customer Number is the 6 digits to the left of the dash on your bill.
- Your Account Number is the 6 digits to the right of the dash on your bill.
Customers can now register on the City's customer service portal.
You can also make a one-time payment (no registration required) using the Pay Now button.

eTRAKiT Permitting System
eTRAKiT provides access to permits, projects, and cases for information regarding status of inspections and reviews. Registered users also have the ability to pay certain fees online.
Memorial Brick Program Purchase
The memorial brick program is a great way to remember the deceased. Memorial bricks will be placed along Linear Park on Pacific Street with the exact location determined by the City.

Parking Citation Payment
To pay a parking citation online you will need the citation number and license plate number.
Indigent (Low-Income) Payment Plan Information: CVC 40220 allows for installment payments to qualifying low-income individuals who apply within 120 days from the issuance of a notice of parking violation or within 10 days after an administrative hearing determination, whichever is later. Additional information about the low-income payment plan and application process are available online or by calling 1-800-989-2058.
Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)/Oceanside Tourism Marketing District (OTMD) Payment
To manage your account and pay online you will need to register with our online short-term rental permitting and tax collection system-MUNIRevs. Your account number and activation code are required to register. Contact MUNIRevs by emailing support@munirevs.com or by calling (888) 751-1911 for registration assistance. You will be required to confirm account details to be verified for the account. To protect the security on property accounts, you will need written (e-mail) permission from a registered owner or officer of the property for MUNIRevs to provide you with a new activation code.
Upon registration you will have the option to choose a Monthly or Quarterly filing. Monthly filing cycle tax return remittance and payment is due on the last day of each month following the previous month reporting period. Quarterly filing cycle tax return remittance and payment is due on the last day of each month following the previous quarter reporting period. Penalties and interest are assessed based on the filing cycle's due date.
The online portal accepts ACH debit, or e-check as well as the following major credit cards: MasterCard and Visa. For payment assistance please email support@munirevs.com or by calling (888) 751-1911.
You are required to submit a zero dollar return for periods in which no TOT/OTMD is due.

Waste Management
The City has partnered with Waste Management of California to provide curbside waste, landfill, recycling, and organics services to all residences and business. Waste Management bills all residents and businesses for services provided, and can be accessed through the Waste Management Online Payment Portal. For payment assistance or questions regarding your Waste Management bill please contact Waste Management at (760) 439-2824 or cssandiego@wm.com.
